The First Item I believe should be in everyone’s kitchen is, of course, the GLORIOUS Kitchenaid Stand Mixer.
Why? Because It’s awesome, and if you already own one you can back me up on this. I don’t know how I managed before I owned mine. It’s my baby, and if I weren’t already in a relationship with my wonderful BF, Aaron, the kitchen aid and I might have gotten married.

Another most used and loved Item in my kitchen is most definitely my Chef’s pan. It’s versatile as all get out. I use it for everything from meat, pasta, preserves, and gravies. It’s the perfect size. Not too big, Not too small. It also heats evenly and when properly heated nothing ever sticks. I place this guy on my hanging pot rack for easy access, plus it’s shiny and nice to look at.

My other prized possession I think everyone should invest in is a great chef’s knife. You use this tool more than anything else in you kitchen, and it pays to have a good quality knife. It’s not only easier to be able to slice and dice, but it’s SAFER. There is nothing more dangerous than a dull kitchen knife. You are more likely to cut yourself trying to force the blunt blade through ingredients. Here is my go to knife and I love how beautiful, sharp, sturdy, and perfectly weighted it is.
